Card on File
A credit card is required to hold your spot. It's only charged after your pup is safely delivered — never before.
We Pick Up
A background-checked, trained driver arrives with the right vehicle. Your dog is loaded into their padded space or kennel.
Safe Arrival
Your pup arrives on time, stress-free. You get a confirmation, card is charged, and everyone's happy.
Book Your Appointment First
Please schedule your grooming, veterinary, daycare, boarding, or other appointment before booking a ride with us. When you book, we'll ask who the appointment is with, along with the date and time, so we can confirm exactly where your dog is going. We don't schedule or coordinate the appointment itself.
A Transportation Service — That's Our Focus
Our role is simple: pick up your dog, provide safe and reliable transportation to and from the appointment, and get them home. We are a transportation service only and do not handle booking, rescheduling, or managing appointments with third-party businesses.
Dogs Only — No Human Passengers
For safety and liability reasons, PupTaxi transports dogs exclusively. Owners do not ride along. Every driver is background-checked and trained in safe canine handling.

Point-to-Point Ride
One-way drop-off — no wait or return
A single one-way trip from A to B. We pick up your dog and drop them off — that's it. The driver does not wait or bring your dog back. You're billed for the drive only (distance + time).
Choose this if
- Someone will be there to receive your dog (e.g. drop-off at daycare, boarding, or a groomer who keeps them)
- You or another person will handle the return trip separately
- You only need a one-way lift
Reserved Appointment
Round-trip — driver committed through your appointment
A round-trip built around an appointment. We take your dog there, cover the appointment window, and bring them home. Choose Dedicated Hold (driver stays) or Drop & Return (driver leaves and comes back) based on how long the appointment runs.
Choose this if
- Your dog needs to get to an appointment and back home
- It's a vet visit, grooming, or any appointment with a set start and end time
- You want one booking to cover the whole round-trip
Dedicated Hold
Driver stays with your dog. $35.00/hr, 1-hr minimum, then billed every 15 min. Total = both transport legs + hold time.
Drop & Return
Driver drops off, leaves, and returns at your scheduled end. Two transport legs + $12.00 return-coordination fee.
